The house is located near a quiet beach in Gerakini. You will find a maisonette with fully renovated kitchen and bathrooms comfortable for rest and for leisure!
The house is 122 sq m on three floors, has four bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate ten to twelve people. On the semi underground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The smaller room has two separate beds 90×200 cm. The bigger room has one double bed 160 x 200 cm and two beds one of which can be extended to 160 x 200 cm bed. On this floor is the washing machine.
On the main floor are the kitchen and the living room. In the living space there are two sofas and a TV (with Bulsatcom satellite channels and Telekom Romania satellite channels). There is a WI-Fi that is good throughout the house. On this floor is the kitchen with all the appliances needed – oven, hobs, refrigerator and dish-washing machine. Available are a coffee machine, toaster and a fast-heating water jug. Here is an inside table for six persons. On the terrace you will have also a table sitting eight people. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the rooms looking at the sea has a balcony and has a bed of 160×200 cm. The other one has two separate beds one of which can be extended to 160 x 200 cm bed. If you need a baby cot we can provide it with a preliminary request.
All the rooms and the living room have separate air conditioners and there are mosquito’s nets on each window. We provide for each room anti-mosquito Baygon electric appliances.
Outside the house you can use a barbecue.
At your disposal is an outside solar shower for easy washing after being on the beach. On the beach for you there are eight large plastic sun beds with soft mattresses and four umbrellas. The beach itself is sandy with shallow and clean waters.
For every guest we provide two towels and clean sheets.
