The house is located on the main seaside street of Nikiti town. It is set in a complex with a common garden and a separate outdoor seating area under the shade of a vineyard. You will find a fully renovated space comfortable for rest and for leisure! The house is 90 sq m on three floors, has four bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
It can comfortably accommodate eight to ten people. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor and in the basement.
On the main floor are the kitchen and the living room. In the basement is situated the master bedroom with a bed of 160×200 cm. Next to it is a room with two separate beds 90×200 cm. A spacious bathroom is available on this floor. On the upper floor are the next two bedrooms, one of which have a bunk bed and can accommodate three people. In these two bedrooms one of the beds is 115 x 200 cm big.
There is a spacious terrace looking at the seashore with a big table and six chairs and one small terrace looking at an inside space. On the main floor the living space has two sofas and a TV (with Bulsatcom satellite channels and Telekom Romania satellite channels). There is a Wi-Fi that is good throughout the house.
On this floor is the kitchen with all the appliances needed – oven, hobs, refrigerator, dishwashing machine and washing machine. Available are a coffee machine, toaster and a fast-heating water jug. On this floor is another bathroom. There is an outside sea view garden with a barbecue. Table for eight persons is situated under the shadows of the vines above. At your disposal is an outside solar shower for easy washing after being on the beach.
On the beach you can use four umbrellas with eight large plastic sun beds with soft mattresses. The beach itself is sandy with shallow and clean waters. For every guest we provide two towels and clean sheets. If you need a baby cot please write to us and we will cater it. We will be expecting you upon the date of arrival after 14.00 p.m.
